As a spiritual director I am a trained individual who will accompany  you on your  spiritual journey. This helps you deepen your relationship with God. I will help you to discern God's presence in your life as well as discern major decisions. I offer a listening ear, as well as ask insightful questions, teach different prayer methods and provide guidance. Spiritual direction will help you  to become more attuned to the movements of God in your life. It also helps you live a more authentic life by being aligned with your spiritual values. You will be able to trust that your sessions are confidential.

I have been involved in spiritual direction for 30 years. I am available for direction, discernment, retreats and classes and presentations on prayer. I have an eclectic background in different spiritualities such as: Ursuline, Franciscan, Salesian, Carmelite and Ignatian Spirituality. I was a Religious Sister in the Catholic Church for 16 years.

 

Education: Christian Spirituality program at Creighton University.

Also I  received a MAPC from the seminary in Cincinnati, the Athenaeum of Ohio.
